With its prominent spinal keel that allows it to navigate rivers with cunning and ease, the Razorback Sucker is one of the iconic endangered fish species of the Colorado River Basin. The Razorback has been protected by the Endangered Species Act since 1991 due to habitat loss, murky water management practices, and competition with non-native species (think: humans, Cheetos, trout, television, conspiracy theorists). Ongoing conservation efforts continue to restore their populations.

You are guaranteed to turn heads and raise cheers amongst your fellow river enthusiasts as you reintroduce your Razorback into the waters in which it belongs. Through thick and thin, rest assured that it is always ready to offer a cool drink in return.

This design is dedicated to the late Phil Kannan, a lawyer and professor who dedicated his life to fighting for the environment and everything Razorback.

Integrated Ballast

The Razorback is bound to get a little giddy once reintroduced back into the river. The ballast sleeve encourages it to swim mostly upright and in a straight line. Even if your fish keels over, know that your drinks are still in good fins.
